The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously spread across the net chain, allowing for a smooth and efficient transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking stage, our proprietary centering system utilizes warm water to gradually and uniformly heat the eggs as they rotate continuously during transport. This innovative method substantially enhances the eggs' quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are delicately transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulously controlled boiling process, ensuring the perfect balance of time and temperature. Our dual heating technique, employing both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
After boiling, eggs are gently elevated into a cooling tank filled with either tap or ice water. This process ensures the eggs are properly chilled and ready for the subsequent peeling stage.
Following cooling, eggs enter the shelling machine where they undergo a refined crushing and shelling process. The use of clean water sprays combined with rotational motion ensures the complete removal of any lingering shells.
Once peeled, eggshells are efficiently gathered and transported for centralized processing, ensuring no waste in the process.
