The entire egg tray is manually positioned on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is correctly placed, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup, allowing empty trays to be automatically stacked for ease.
Eggs are smoothly conveyed across the entireconveyor belt,and are evenly distributed on the net chain, ensuring efficient transport to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering and pre-cooking system gently warms the eggs with warm water while rotating them during the conveyance, leading to superior egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs undergo a two-stage boiling process using an efficient steam and water heating method.
Boiled eggs are elevated into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, using either tap water or ice water, in preparation for the shelling process.
Cooled eggs are subsequently lifted into the shelling machine, where they are meticulously peeled. The eggs are rinsed with clean water, rotated, and transported, ensuring any remaining shells are washed away effectively.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and transported uniformly for centralized processing, streamlining waste management.
