During the pre-cooking stage, our innovative centering system uses warm water to gradually heat the eggs, while they are gently rotated. This meticulous process significantly elevates the quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg boiler, where they are precisely boiled with preset time and temperature settings. The dual heating approach, using both steam and water, guarantees perfectly cooked eggs every time.
Boiled eggs are then smoothly elevated into a cold water tank for effective cooling. The choice of tap or ice water ensures the eggs are perfectly chilled, setting the stage for the next shelling phase.
Once cooled, the eggs enter the shelling machine, undergoing meticulous crushing and peeling. The strategic combination of clean water sprays and rotational movements ensures that every residual shell is efficiently removed.
