During the pre-cooking phase, our exclusive centering system gently warms the eggs using lukewarm water, with continuous rotation during transportation. This innovative method significantly elevates the quality and consistency of the eggs.
The pre-cooked eggs are then seamlessly transitioned to the egg boiler, undergoing a meticulously controlled boiling process with preset time and temperature settings. Utilizing a dual heating method with steam and water, this system guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Boiled eggs are subsequently transferred into a cold water tank for efficient cooling. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures the eggs achieve optimal temperature, preparing them impeccably for the next shelling stage.
