The whole egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is transported into position, the eggs are delicately lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup mechanism. The system allows for automatic stacking of the empty egg trays, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly spread on the net chain, allowing for their smooth transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking phase, our unique centering system employs warm water to gradually heat the eggs while they rotate continuously during transportation. This technique significantly enhances the quality of the eggs, ensuring they are perfectly prepped for boiling.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precise boiling process with preset time and temperature. The dual heating method, utilizing both steam and water, ensures perfectly boiled eggs are produced every time.
Boiled eggs are then elevated into a cold water tank for cooling. The use of tap water or ice water ensures the eggs are adequately chilled, preparing them for the subsequent shelling process with perfect consistency.
After cooling, the eggs proceed to the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling treatment. Clean water sprays, combined with rotational movement, ensure any residual shells are efficiently removed, leaving behind pristine peeled eggs.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and systematically transported for centralized processing, ensuring an eco-friendly and waste-efficient operation.
