Our system facilitates the automatic stacking of empty trays, ensuring a fluid and uninterrupted process.
Eggs are transported to the entireconveyor beltwhere they are systematically dispersed on the net chain. This strategic placement allows for their efficient transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our innovative centering technology uses warm water to gently heat the eggs, ensuring they rotate consistently during conveyance. This method markedly improves egg quality.
Transferred to the egg boiler, pre-cooked eggs undergo precise boiling with pre-set temperatures and times. The dual heating approach, combining steam and water, guarantees impeccably boiled eggs.
Boiled eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for effective cooling. The use of tap or ice water ensures they are perfectly chilled, readying them for the ensuing shelling stage.
Post-cooling, eggs advance to the shelling machine for a detailed crushing and shelling process. A combination of clean water sprays and rotational motion ensures the complete removal of residual shells.
Following shell removal, eggshells are gathered and systematically transported for centralized processing.
