The system also offers the convenience of automatically stacking the empty egg trays, ensuring an uninterrupted and seamless operational flow.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed across the net chain. This strategic arrangement guarantees their smooth and flawless transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our innovative centering system utilizes warm water to gently and gradually heat the eggs while they rotate continuously along their journey. This meticulous process significantly elevates the quality of the final product.
Pre-cooked eggs are precisely transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a perfectly controlled boiling process, governed by preset time and temperature settings. The dual heating system, which combines both steam and water, guarantees eggs that are flawlessly boiled to perfection.
Boiled eggs are then carefully elevated into a chilling cold water tank, where they are thoroughly cooled using either tap water or ice water, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the subsequent shelling process.
Following the cooling phase, the eggs move on to the shelling machine, where they experience a meticulous crushing and shelling treatment. The combination of clean water sprays and rotational motion ensures any remaining shells are promptly and efficiently removed.
After the shelling stage, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow.
