The eggs journey onward via the entireconveyor belt, where they're uniformly arranged on the net chain, promoting streamlined transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our distinctive centering system gently introduces warm water, heating the eggs as they rotate steadily during transit. This remarkable technique significantly elevates the egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs seamlessly transition to the egg boiler, undergoing an expertly controlled boiling process with pre-set time and temperature. The dual heating system, combining steam and water, ensures eggs are boiled to perfection.
Boiled eggs are gracefully elevated into a chilled water tank. Utilizing either tap or ice water, the eggs are thoroughly cooled, priming them for the subsequent shelling.
Post-cooling, the eggs advance to the shelling machine, undergoing precise crushing and shelling. A combination of water sprays and rotational motion ensures all remaining shells are expertly removed.
After shelling, the eggshells are meticulously collected and transported for centralized disposal.
