The eggs are skillfully conveyed along the entireconveyor belt, where they are elegantly distributed across the net chain. This precise arrangement ensures their smooth transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking phase, our revolutionary centering system utilizes warm water to gently heat the eggs while ensuring continuous rotation during transit. This meticulous process significantly elevates the overall quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred into the advanced egg boiler, where they undergo precise boiling with carefully controlled time and temperature settings. The dual steam and water heating method ensures perfectly cooked eggs every time.
