The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain for seamless transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs while they rotate during conveyance, enhancing the overall egg quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where preset cooking times and temperatures ensure perfect boiling using a steam and water mixed heating method.
Boiled eggs are then transferred to a cold water tank for rapid cooling using either tap or ice water, preparing them for the shelling process.
Cooled eggs are fed into the shelling machine, where they undergo a thorough process of crushing and peeling. Clean water sprays ensure that any residual shells are completely washed away.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and transported centrally for efficient disposal.
