Eggs are conveyed smoothly across theconveyor beltand evenly spread on the net chain, making it easy to transfer them to the pre-cooking centering machine.
This innovative system centers and pre-cooks eggs using warm water to gradually raise the temperature. The eggs rotate continuously during conveyance, enhancing their quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, eggs are boiled twice using an efficient mix of steam and water heating.
Boiled eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, prepping them for the shelling process. The system uses either tap water or ice water for effective cooling.
After cooling, eggs enter the shelling machine where they are sprayed with clean water, rotated, and transported. Residual shells are washed away, leaving eggs perfectly peeled.
Post-shelling, eggshells are collected and transported in a streamlined manner for centralized processing.
