In the pre-cooking stage, our proprietary centering system gently heats eggs in warm water, ensuring continuous rotation during transit. This innovative method significantly elevates egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are methodically transferred to the boiler, undergoing a perfectly timed and temperature-controlled boiling regimen. The dual heating technique, employing both steam and water, guarantees excellent results.
