Our Quail Egg Shelling Process Line encompasses a variety of sophisticated systems including: quail egg feeding system, precooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling system, cooling system, shelling & lifter system, and quail egg peeling system.

We can match the complete set of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' technological requirements. We also offer custom production plans based on specific customer needs.

Using our advanced steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. Centered quail eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated in the cooking area, ensuring rapid and thorough cooking.

The boiled quail eggs are then transferred to a cooling tank, where they are quickly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process makes it easier for the following peeling step. Paired with the quail egg peeler, the shell breaks evenly, enhancing efficiency and reducing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are sorted on an egg collection conveyor belt for quality control. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, resulting in smooth and aesthetically pleasing final quail eggs.
