This advanced system allows for the automatic stacking of empty trays, ensuring an uninterrupted and seamless operational flow.
Eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously distributed across the net chain. This precise arrangement ensures their smooth transport to the subsequent pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our proprietary centering system uses warm water to gradually and evenly heat the eggs, while they rotate continuously in transit. This innovative technique dramatically enhances egg quality and consistency.
Pre-cooked eggs are transitioned to the high-efficiency egg boiler, where they undergo a precise and controlled boiling process, with meticulously preset time and temperature. The dual heating method, incorporating both steam and water, guarantees perfectly cooked eggs each time.
Following boiling, the eggs are gently elevated into a cold water tank for rapid cooling. The cooling process, utilizing either tap water or ice water, ensures the eggs are perfectly chilled and ready for the subsequent shelling process.
Once cooled, the eggs advance to the shelling machine, where they undergo a meticulous and precise crushing and peeling process. Clean water sprays, coupled with a gentle rotational movement, ensure that any remaining shells are effectively and efficiently removed.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are expertly collected and methodically transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
