During the pre-cooking phase, our exclusive centering system employs warm water to gently heat the eggs, facilitating continuous rotation as they travel. This enhances the quality of each egg, ensuring perfection.
The pre-cooked eggs are then directed to the boiler, where they undergo a meticulous boiling process with precise time and temperature controls. The dual heating method, integrating steam and water, guarantees impeccably boiled eggs every time.
Boiled eggs are gracefully lifted into a cooling tank filled with either tap or ice water. This step ensures optimal chilling, preparing the eggs for flawless shelling.
Cooled eggs are then directed to the peeling machine, where they undergo precise crushing and shell removal. Utilizing clean water sprays and rotational motion, any leftover shells are efficiently and thoroughly eliminated.
