This system centers and pre-cooks eggs using a specialized warm water method. The eggs rotate continuously during conveyance, ensuring improved egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, eggs undergo a dual boiling process using a steam-water mixed heating method for perfection.
Boiled eggs are then lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, using either tap water or ice water, preparing them for the subsequent shelling process.
Cooled eggs are moved into the shelling machine where they are efficiently crushed and shelled. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transportation ensure that all residual shells are washed away.
