The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup, and the empty trays are automatically stacked for convenience.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor beltand evenly spread on the net chain. This arrangement facilitates seamless transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs, which continuously rotate during transport to enhance egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler. Once cooking time and temperature are preset, the eggs are boiled twice using an efficient steam-water mixed heating method.
After boiling, eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for cooling using tap or ice water, preparing them for the subsequent shelling process.
Cooled eggs enter the shelling machine for crushing and peeling. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transportation ensure that residual shells are thoroughly washed away.
Eggshells produced post-shelling are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing.
