The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line is a comprehensive system that incorporates various working stages. These include: quail egg feeding, pre-cooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifting, and peeling.

We can customizethe complete set of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' specific technological needs. We also provide bespoke production plans based on customer requirements.

Utilizing steam boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during cooking, ensuring even heating. Eggs from the pre-cooked area are evenly heated in the cooking area, allowing for rapid cooking.

Boiled quail eggs are quickly cooled in the ice-water cooling tank before being transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell-breaking process facilitates the next peeling step. Used in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, this step ensures the shells break evenly, boosting efficiency and reducing damage rates.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are sorted on a conveyor belt to remove unqualified products, achieving a peeling rate of over 98%. The final quail eggs are significantly smoother and more aesthetically pleasing.
