The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line features a comprehensive system that includes quail egg feeding, precooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifting, and peeling processes.

We can match the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment to meet customers' technological requirements and can also design production plans tailored to customer specifications.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during cooking, ensuring evenly heated, well-centered eggs that cook rapidly.

Cooked quail eggs are quickly transferred to a cooling tank with ice water, then transported to the crusher for further processing.
The shell-breaking process prepares the quail eggs for easy peeling. Working in tandem with the quail egg peeler, it ensures evenly broken shells, enhancing efficiency and reducing damage rates.

During the peeling process, an egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified eggs, ensuring a peeling rate of over 98%, leaving you with smooth and aesthetically pleasing quail eggs.
