Eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously spread on the net chain, optimizing their journey to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In this innovative pre-cooking phase, our exclusive centering system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs as they rotate continuously, significantly enhancing their quality and consistency.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg boiler for a precise boiling process with carefully controlled time and temperature. Utilizing a dual heating approach with steam and water, it guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
After boiling, eggs are elevated into a cold water tank for optimal cooling. Whether using tap water or ice water, the eggs are expertly chilled, preparing them perfectly for the subsequent shelling stage.
Following their cooling, eggs move to the shelling machine for a meticulous shell removal process. Combined with clean water sprays and rotational movement, it ensures any residual shells are effectively eliminated.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are methodically gathered and transported for centralized processing, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
