Simply place the entire egg tray manually onto the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, a suction cup delicately lifts the eggs onto the conveyor belt, and the empty trays are automatically stacked for streamlined efficiency.
The eggs are then transported to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly spread across a net chain. This facilitates smooth transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system gently heats the eggs using warm water, while they continuously rotate during conveyance. This process significantly enhances egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then moved to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs are boiled twice using a highly efficient steam and water mixed heating method.
After boiling, the eggs are promptly transferred into a cold water tank. Utilizing either tap or ice water, this system ensures the eggs are perfectly cooled for subsequent shelling.
Cooled eggs are then directed to the shelling machine, where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transportation ensure any residual shells are washed away.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized processing.
