Pre-cooked eggs are ushered into the egg-boiler, where precise cooking times and temperatures have been pre-set. Utilizing a dual heating approach with steam and water, the eggs undergo a meticulous double boiling process;
The meticulously boiled eggs are then elevated into a cooling tank filled with either tap or ice water, ensuring rapid cooling and optimal preparation for the subsequent shelling stage;
Cooled eggs are then transferred to the state-of-the-art shelling machine, where they undergo a delicate crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays over the eggs, rotating them as they move, and the remaining shell fragments are efficiently washed away;
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically gathered and transported for centralized disposal, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
