This system also features automated stacking for the empty trays, ensuring a seamless, uninterrupted workflow.
The journey continues as the eggs are skillfully conveyed across the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain. This meticulous setup guarantees their delicate passage to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During pre-cooking, our one-of-a-kind centering system gently heats the eggs using warm water, while they rotate steadily in transit. The result is a significant enhancement in the overall quality of the eggs.
The pre-cooked eggs advance to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precise boiling process, meticulously managed with preset timing and temperature controls. This dual heating method—using both steam and water—guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Following boiling, eggs are gently transferred into a cold water tank for effective cooling. The use of either tap or ice water ensures they are perfectly chilled, priming them for the subsequent shelling phase.
