The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line features a comprehensive system including quail egg feeding, precooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifter, and peeling systems.

We can match the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. We can also design size production plans tailored to customer specifications.

Using a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during cooking. The centered quail eggs from the precooked area are heated evenly, ensuring rapid and consistent cooking.

Boiled quail eggs are transferred to the cooling tank, where they are quickly cooled using ice water before being transported to the crusher.
In the quail egg shell-breaking process, eggs are prepared for easier peeling. Paired with the quail egg peeler, the shell is broken evenly, enhancing efficiency and minimizing damage rates.

During the peeling process of broken quail eggs, an egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, ensuring that the final quail eggs are smooth and visually appealing.
