The entire egg tray is manually placed onto the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, the eggs are gently suctioned onto the conveyor belt. The empty egg trays are automatically stacked, streamlining the workflow.
The eggs are transported seamlessly to theconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain, making them ready for transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the centering and pre-cooking phase, our unique system uses warm water to gradually heat the eggs while they rotate continuously, ensuring superior quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg boiler. The boiling time and temperature are preset, and the eggs are boiled twice using a combination of steam and water for optimal results.
Boiled eggs are lifted into a cold water tank where they are cooled using either tap water or ice water, preparing them for the shelling process.
Once cooled, the eggs enter the shelling machine, where they are crushed and shelled. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transportation ensure the removal of any residual shells.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized disposal.
