This system not only transports the eggs but also automates the stacking of empty trays, ensuring an uninterrupted and efficient operation.
The eggs are conveyed to the comprehensiveconveyor belt, where they are uniformly distributed across the net chain. This strategic alignment aids in their seamless transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking stage, our specialized centering system gently heats the eggs with warm water while they rotate consistently during transit. This method substantially improves egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs advance to the egg boiler, where they undergo an exact boiling process, meticulously controlled with pre-set time and temperature. Utilizing a dual heating approach with both steam and water ensures perfectly boiled eggs every time.
The boiled eggs are then gently raised into a cooling tank filled with cold water. The use of either tap or ice water guarantees they are properly chilled, preparing them optimally for the shelling process.
Following cooling, the eggs move to the shelling machine where they are meticulously subjected to a process of crushing and peeling. A diligent water spray combined with rotational movement ensures any remaining shells are thoroughly eliminated.
After shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and conveyed for centralized processing, ensuring an eco-friendly waste management solution.
