The quail egg shelling process line encompasses a variety of sophisticated systems including a quail egg feeding system, a precooking and yolk centering system, a high-temperature boiling quail egg system, a cooling system, a shelling and lifter system, and an efficient quail egg peeling system.

Through the innovative steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are expertly flipped during cooking. Centered quail eggs from the precooked area are heated evenly within the cooking area, ensuring rapid and thorough cooking.

Post-boiling, the quail eggs are swiftly cooled in an ice water tank before being seamlessly transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process is optimized to facilitate the subsequent peeling step. Partnered with the quail egg peeler, the shells are uniformly broken to enhance efficiency and minimize damage rates.

Within the peeling process of broken quail eggs, an egg collection conveyor belt selectively identifies unqualified egg products. Our system boasts a peeling rate of over 98%, ensuring the final quail eggs are exceptionally smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
