This innovative system supports automatic stacking of empty trays, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow.
The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are uniformly distributed across the net chain. This strategic setup facilitates their flawless transit to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our proprietary centering system utilizes warm water to gently heat the eggs, which continuously rotate during transit. This method notably elevates the quality and consistency of the eggs.
Following the pre-cooking phase, eggs are transferred to the boiler for meticulous boiling, adhering to preset time and temperature specifications. The dual heating technique, incorporating both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Post-boiling, eggs are gently elevated into a cooling tank filled with either tap or ice water, ensuring they are properly chilled and ready for the shelling process.
