The eggs are conveyed to the completeconveyor beltwhere they are uniformly distributed across the net chain. This meticulous arrangement ensures their smooth journey towards the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our exclusive centering system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs as they rotate steadily along their path. This innovative technique significantly boosts the quality of the finished eggs.
Once pre-cooked, eggs are precisely transferred to the egg boiler where a meticulous boiling process, with preset time and temperature controls, takes place. The dual heating method, combining steam with water, guarantees perfectly cooked eggs every time.
To ensure optimal cooling, boiled eggs are carefully raised into a tank of cold water. The strategic use of either tap or ice water ensures each egg is perfectly chilled, preparing them flawlessly for the subsequent shelling stage.
