The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup mechanism, and the empty trays are automatically stacked for efficiency.
The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor beltand evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating seamless transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In this step, the eggs are centered and pre-cooked. Our unique centering pre-cooking system uses warm water to gently heat the eggs, ensuring they rotate during the process to enhance egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler. Upon setting the desired cooking time and temperature, these eggs undergo a dual boiling process using an efficient steam and water heating method.
Boiled eggs are raised into a cold water tank where they are rapidly cooled using tap water or ice water, preparing them perfectly for subsequent shelling.
Cooled eggs are lifted into the shelling machine, where they are delicately crushed and shelled. Clean water sprays, rotates, and transports the eggs, washing away any residual shells.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized processing.
