The eggs are smoothly conveyed onto the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously spread across the net chain. This meticulous arrangement guarantees their seamless journey to the pre-cooking centering machine, optimizing the process for excellence.
During the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system gently envelops the eggs in warm water, allowing them to rotate continuously as they travel. This precise warming method significantly boosts the overall quality of the eggs.
The pre-cooked eggs are then transitioned to the egg boiler, where they experience an exact boiling process with predetermined time and temperature settings. Our dual heating method, incorporating both steam and water, guarantees eggs that are perfectly boiled to perfection.
Post-boiling, the eggs are gently elevated into a refreshing cold water tank for cooling. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures the eggs achieve the ideal chill, thoroughly preparing them for the subsequent shelling stage.
Once cooled, the eggs advance to the shelling machine, where they are subjected to a precise crushing and shelling treatment. Clean water sprays, coupled with rotational movements, ensure that any remaining shell fragments are efficiently cleared away.
Following the shelling process, the eggshells are efficiently collected and systematically transported for centralized processing, ensuring a neat and tidy operation.
