Simply place the entire egg tray manually onto the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once in position, the eggs are gently sucked onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup mechanism. The system then automatically stacks the empty egg trays.
The eggs are seamlessly transferred to theconveyor belt,where they are evenly distributed on the net chain, making it easy to transport them to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Utilizing a unique centering pre-cooking system, the eggs are gently heated with warm water while rotating continuously during transport. This ensures superior egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the boiler. With preset cooking time and temperature, the eggs undergo a dual boiling process using a steam-water mixture for consistent results.
Post-boiling, the eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for cooling using either tap or ice water, prepping them perfectly for the shelling process.
Cooled eggs are then directed to the shelling machine where they undergo crushing and shelling. Sprayed with clean water, the eggs are rotated and transported, effectively removing any residual shells.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized disposal.
