The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray reaches the designated position, the eggs are effortlessly lifted onto the conveyor belt by suction cups, and the empty trays are automatically stacked;
Eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain, making it convenient to transport them to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the centering and pre-cooking phase, our unique system uses warm water to gently raise the temperature. The eggs rotate continuously during the process, ensuring superior quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg boiler. With preset times and temperatures, the eggs are boiled twice utilizing a mixed heating method of steam and water.
Boiled eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for cooling. Using either tap water or ice water, the eggs are directly cooled in preparation for shelling.
Cooled eggs enter the shelling machine, where they are crushed and peeled. Clean water sprays and rotates the eggs during the process, washing away any residual shells.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and transported for centralized processing.
