Utilizing a state-of-the-art steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, our machine ensures quail eggs are flipped and evenly heated during the cooking process. The centered eggs from the precooked area are thoroughly cooked swiftly and uniformly.

Once boiled, the quail eggs are transferred to a cooling tank where they are quickly chilled with ice water before being transported to the crusher.
In the quail egg shell break process, shells are broken evenly, facilitating a smoother and more efficient peeling step. Used in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, this process enhances efficiency and reduces the damage rate.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are conveyed on a collection belt for easy sorting of any unqualified egg products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs are exceptionally smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
