The Industrial Fresh Egg Breaker Machine operates on a precise rotary table track, ensuring accurate egg liquid extraction. It comprises two main parts: a singleline conveyor and the egg breaking machine. Eggs are conveyed along the track, where they are broken and the liquid extracted, while the shells are expelled through the egg shell outlet.

 1.Boasts a large capacity, significantly reducing labor while maintaining a high egg liquid extraction rate.
 2.Features an emergency stop function for immediate worker protection.
 3.User friendly operation and easy cleaning, with options for high pressure water jet or quick disassembly.
 4.Equipped with top quality components, including a controller and Zhongda reduction box.
 5.Achieves high separating and picking rates, ensuring efficient egg processing.

 6.After breaking, the egg shells remain in the breaking hand, where they are blown out by an air generator. The residual egg liquid is also removed, enhancing liquid extraction.

 Made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel for stability and easy maintenance.
 Consists of a water tank for egg loading, optional cleaning/drying module, egg breaking machine, and egg liquid collection bucket.
