The entire egg tray is manually placed onto the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a suction cup. The empty trays are then automatically stacked, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
The eggs are transported to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain. This even spread facilitates easy handling and efficient transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During pre-cooking, our unique centering system gently warms the eggs using lukewarm water. As the eggs rotate while being transported, this process enhances egg quality and consistency.
Pre-cooked eggs are then moved to the egg boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs are boiled twice using a steam-water mixing method, ensuring perfectly cooked results.
Post-boiling, the eggs are submerged into a cold water tank for rapid cooling. Using either tap water or ice water, this step readies the eggs for the next stage of shelling.
Cooled eggs are transferred to the shelling machine, where they undergo gentle crushing and peeling. Clean water sprays and rotates the eggs, efficiently removing any remaining shell fragments.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized disposal.
