The eggs embark on their journey along the entireconveyor belt,where they are meticulously arranged on the net chain, ensuring their smooth passage to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking stage, our exclusive centering system gently warms the eggs with a bath of warm water, while they gracefully rotate during transit, significantly enhancing the eggs' quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are seamlessly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precisely controlled boiling process with preset time and temperature settings. Employing a dual heating method, utilizing both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
The freshly boiled eggs ascend into a cold water tank for cooling. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures thorough chilling, readying the eggs for the subsequent shelling.
Post-cooling, the eggs enter the shelling machine, where a meticulous process of crushing and shelling takes place. Clean water sprays and rotational movements ensure any residual shells are deftly removed.
Following the shelling, the eggshells are collected with precision and systematically transported for centralized processing.
