Our comprehensive quail egg shelling process line features a variety of essential systems. These include the quail egg feeding system, pre-cooking and yolk centering system, high temperature boiling system, cooling system, shelling and lifter system, and the final quail egg peeling system.

We can match the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. Additionally, we can design size production plans based on customer specifications.

Utilizing steam boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. The centered quail eggs from the pre-cooked area are evenly heated in the cooking area, ensuring they are cooked rapidly and uniformly.

The boiled quail eggs are then transferred to the cooling tank, where they are quickly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
In the quail egg shell breaking process, the shells are broken evenly, making the subsequent peeling step easier and more efficient. This process improves efficiency and reduces the damage rate.

During the peeling process, the egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products, maintaining a peeling rate of over 98%. The final
quail eggs are remarkably smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
