Egg Breaking Machine Introduction:

The egg breaking machine is designed to break eggs and separate the egg liquid from the eggshell. Additionally, it can crush the eggshell into small pieces, reducing the volume of the shells for easy discharge. The machine is capable of automatically breaking whole eggs and efficiently separating eggshell and egg liquid. It finds applications in egg product processing, cake factories, large canteens, and other settings requiring the processing of a large quantity of eggs simultaneously.

Usage Guidelines:

1. Ensure the machine is stably placed, and install the grounding wire.
2. Check and observe the rotation direction of the machine after connecting the power supply. Adjust if necessary.
3. Avoid pouring too many eggs at once to prevent jamming and belt breakage.
4. When cleaning the machine, use a wire brush to clean the filter barrel and mesh holes. Additionally, clean the filter screen and eggshell residue in the cylinder core to prevent blockages and ensure consistent operation.
