The eggs are conveyed to the entire conveyor belt, where they are evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating smooth transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering and pre-cooking system gradually heats the eggs using warm water while keeping them rotating during conveyance, significantly enhancing egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler, where preset time and temperature ensure they are boiled to perfection using a mixed heating method of steam and water for optimal results.
After boiling, the eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, using either tap water or ice water, preparing them perfectly for the shelling process.
Cooled eggs are elevated and fed into the shelling machine. Here, they undergo a meticulous process of crushing and shelling, followed by a clean water spray that removes any remaining shells.
Post-shelling, eggshells are efficiently collected and transported for centralized processing.
