The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line encompasses various sophisticated systems: quail egg feeding, precooking and yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling and lifter, and quail egg peeling systems.

We can provide a comprehensiveset of related halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' technological needs. We also offer custom production design plans based on specific customer requirements.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. The centered quail eggs, sourced from the precooked area, are evenly heated in the cooking area for rapid, uniform cooking.

After boiling, the quail eggs enter the cooling tank, where they are swiftly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process simplifies the subsequent peeling step. Used in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, the shell is broken evenly, enhancing efficiency and reducing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, the egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, ensuring the final
quail eggs are exceptionally smooth and visually appealing.
