The entire egg tray is manually positioned onto the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in place, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a precise suction cup mechanism. The empty trays are then automatically stacked for efficient removal.
The eggs are transported across the completeconveyor belt, evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating smooth transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine.
During the pre-cooking phase, our unique centering system gradually heats the eggs with warm water while keeping them in constant rotation. This process enhances the overall egg quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg boiler. Here, the mixed heating method of steam and water ensures the eggs are thoroughly cooked as per preset time and temperature settings.
Post-boiling, the eggs are elevated into a cold water tank for cooling. Tap water or ice water is used to rapidly lower the temperature, preparing the eggs for the shelling process.
Once cooled, the eggs proceed to the shelling machine where they undergo crushing and peeling. Clean water sprays remove residual shells, leaving the eggs pristine and ready for packing.
The collected eggshells are uniformly transported for centralized disposal, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.
