The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line includes various sophisticated systems: quail egg feeding, precooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifter, and quail egg peeling. Each system is designed to ensure a seamless operation, perfect for large-scale production.

We offer customization options to match the complete set of related halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' technological requirements. Additionally, we can design production plans of varying sizes according to customer demands.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. Centered quail eggs from the precooking area are evenly heated in the cooking area, ensuring rapid and uniform cooking.

Boiled quail eggs enter the cooling tank, where they are swiftly cooled by ice water before being transported to the crusher.
In the quail egg shell breaking process, the eggs are prepped for the next peeling step. The shell is evenly broken, enhancing efficiency and significantly reducing the damage rate when used with the quail egg peeler.

During the peeling process of broken quail eggs, an egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs are smooth and visually appealing.
