With precision guidance, the eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously arranged on the net chain. This setup guarantees their efficient movement towards the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking stage, our proprietary centering system uses warm water to gently circulate around the eggs, keeping them in constant rotation during transit. This method greatly improves egg quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the sophisticated egg boiler, where a precise boiling process, with controlled time and temperature, takes place. The dual heating method, using both steam and water, ensures eggs are exquisitely boiled to perfection.
Following the boiling stage, eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling. Utilizing either tap water or ice water, the eggs are chilled effectively, setting the stage for the next shelling process.
