The eggs are seamlessly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are perfectly spread across the net chain. This strategic arrangement guarantees their effortless transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Within the pre-cooking phase, our exclusive centering system gently envelops the eggs in warm water, allowing them to rotate gracefully during transport. This method significantly elevates the egg's quality, setting a new standard in pre-cooking.
Pre-cooked eggs are meticulously transferred to the egg boiler, where they experience a precise boiling process defined by preset time and temperature. The dual heating approach, combining the powers of steam and water, guarantees perfectly cooked eggs.
Boiled eggs ascend into a refreshing cold water tank for cooling. The application of tap water or ice water ensures they are sufficiently chilled, readying them for the ensuing shelling phase.
Post-cooling, the eggs advance to the shelling machine, where they undergo a thorough crushing and shelling operation. Jets of clean water, combined with rotational motion, ensure every trace of residual shell is meticulously removed.
After shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for central processing.
