The process begins with the egg trays being placed manually onto the conveyor belt of the egg loading machine, ensuring a seamless start. Once the egg tray reaches the designated position, our precision suction cups gently lift the eggs onto the conveyor belt, while the egg trays are smartly auto-stacked for efficiency.
Eggs are smoothly transitioned to the entire conveyor belt,where they are methodically spread across a net chain. This arrangement facilitates an easy transfer to the pre-cooking centering machine, optimizing the entire process.
The centering and pre-cooking stage utilizes a unique system that gently heats the eggs with warm water, all while the eggs undergo a slow rotation. This meticulous method enhances the egg quality significantly.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where pre-set cooking times and temperatures ensure precise results. A dual heating method of steam and water guarantees that the eggs are boiled to perfection.
Post-boiling, eggs are elevated into a cold water bath, employing either tap or ice water for rapid cooling. This step primes the eggs for the subsequent shelling phase.
Cooled eggs proceed to the shelling machine, where innovative crushing and shelling processes occur. With a continuous flow of clean water, the eggs are rotated, ensuring all residual shell fragments are efficiently washed away.
The eggshells, post-shelling, are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing, underlining our commitment to efficiency.
