The whole egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is transported into position, the eggs are delicately and efficiently lifted onto the conveyor belt by a sophisticated suction cup mechanism. This system seamlessly facilitates the automatic stacking of empty egg trays, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are meticulously arranged across the net chain. This strategic placement ensures their smooth and efficient transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking phase, our pioneering centering system uses warm water to gradually elevate the temperature of the eggs while they continuously rotate during transit. This innovative approach greatly enhances egg quality, ensuring uniformity and excellence.
Pre-cooked eggs are deftly transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a meticulously controlled boiling process, with preset parameters for time and temperature. The dual heating method, employing both steam and water, guarantees perfectly boiled eggs every time.
Boiled eggs are then raised into a refreshing cold water tank for the cooling phase. The use of either tap water or ice water ensures that the eggs are thoroughly chilled, superbly preparing them for the forthcoming shelling process.
After cooling, the eggs journey to the shelling machine where they experience a meticulous crushing and shelling treatment. A combination of clean water sprays and rotational movements ensures that any residual shells are completely and efficiently removed.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are expertly collected and systematically transported for centralized processing, maintaining a clean and efficient production area.
