The centering and pre-cooking stage utilizes a unique system that gently heats the eggs with warm water while they continuously rotate during conveyance, enhancing the overall quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are then directed to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, the eggs are thoroughly boiled twice using an efficient steam and water mixed heating method.
Following the boiling stage, the eggs are elevated into a cold water tank for efficient cooling. This can be done using either tap water or ice water, ensuring the eggs are perfectly prepared for the shelling process.
Once cooled, the eggs enter the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays help rotate and transport the eggs, washing away any residual shells to ensure pristine results.
