Our Quail Egg Shelling Process Line encompasses various sophisticated working systems, including quail egg feeding, pre-cooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifter, and peeling systems.

We can seamlessly incorporate the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' technological needs. We can also design production plans based on specific customer requirements.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during cooking. The centered quail eggs from the precooking area are evenly heated in the cooking zone for rapid and thorough cooking.

The boiled quail eggs are transferred to a cooling tank, where they are swiftly cooled by ice water and transported to the crusher.
During the quail egg shell break process, the shells are broken evenly to facilitate the subsequent peeling step, enhancing efficiency and reducing the damage rate when used with a quail egg peeler.

In the final peeling process, an egg collection conveyor belt selects unqualified egg products. Our system ensures a peeling rate of over 98%, rendering the final quail eggs smooth and visually appealing.
