The eggs are smoothly conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly spread on the net chain, facilitating easy transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our advanced system centers and pre-cooks the eggs using warm water that heats gradually. The eggs rotate continuously during the process, ensuring optimal quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are then transferred to the egg boiler. With preset times and temperatures, the eggs undergo dual boiling through a steam and water mix heating method.
Post-boiling, the eggs are lifted into a cooling tank filled with tap or ice water for rapid cooling, preparing them for the shelling process.
Cooled eggs are then lifted into the shelling machine, where they undergo a specialized crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transport remove any residual shells, ensuring pristine eggs.
Eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing post-shelling.
